I have been doing my lashes for years. I can't tell you how happy I was to find Vivian for my lashes. She is very detail orientated (my love language) and has really learned how to do them exactly how I like; full and plush with a splash of natural (Natural as in.. I wish I had long voluminous lashes naturally lol) . She is such a joy to visit every 2 weeks, I truly look forward to our appointments. On my second visit, Vivian got very defensive and combative with me because I did not enter her room since the door was open. Over a very simple misunderstanding she could not take any accountability and reprimanded me. I continued with her service and to find out she put in longer lashes than I asked. To give her the benefit, may be she had a bad day but a relaxing service turned into a very tense situation . There are so many eye extension salons, and I have found a great new salon. I would never go back!

Viv is awesome! I moved to the Bay Area about 10 months ago and was desperately looking for a lash lady I could trust. I tried about 3 different places before finding Viv at Lux Lashus. She's talented, funny & knows exactly what type of style I like without having to explain much. Her prices are a little high but I'm willing to pay because it's quality work, something that is hard to find.
