Shanna is extremely unprofessional and deceiving as she puts up a front that she is offering all these services with the price you pay but doesn't actually do it ( ie. Add keratin to your lashes) My lashes are ruined as she curled them way too much and my lash hairs are now very brittle. Apart from here lash services don't purchase any of her products she tries to sell you. If you let her know your not satisfied with the products she sells you she doesn't take critism well.
