I got brow waxing done and tint, the bed sheets were not getting changed, nothing was getting wiped down or clean after each customer. Such rude service especially Jessica she was so rude and didn’t accommodate us properly and was not welcoming or helpful at all. Throughout the wax she was not answering any of my questions and was just ignoring my requests. The workers were gossiping in Spanish about us. I hate to leave a bad review, but I wouldn’t recommend the eyebrow service here. It only cost $15 which isn’t that crazy of a cost so maybe I shouldn’t of expected better. I went for an eyebrow wax and maybe they need better wax or better tweezers but half of the hair I came with I left with. I came home afterwards and took off all the hairs with my own tweezers and it wasn't hard at all. Maybe their other services are better but if you’re looking for an eyebrow place this isn’t the one. I had a wonderful experience getting my lashes done! She was incredibly professional, kind, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. She was on time, took the time to explain all of my options, and helped me choose the style that would work best for me. Her attention to detail and care really showed in the final result. My lashes came out absolutely beautiful, and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for quality work and a great overall experience!
I’ve been a very loyal customer for more than a year now (2 week classic set) and i’ve always been very happy with how kind and accommodating they have been. I always worked with the same lash tech, however, this past fill in May I had to be seen by someone else due to time conflicts and I was desperate to get an appointment before my graduation (the next day) as well as my vacation (which I was leaving for the morning after grad).
