Extremely disappointed with my laser hair removal experience at Lux, despite the good reviews. I had been getting full body laser hair removal at Lux for 1 and a half years. The technician, Kristina, pushed me to laser areas I originally did not want touched, as I was concerned there could be a side effect of increased hair growth.
