I visited Lux Lab for my extensions recently and was miserable following that appointment. My hair was pulled out by the follicle at the corners of each row, extreme itching and tenderness, and my scalp bled for days following my appointment. I had sores all throughout my scalp from how tight my wefts were sown to my head and the lack of support from the method used. I can only speak to the hair cut and color service provided by Lindsay as I haven’t used their medspa services or worked with the other hairdressers. Lindsay was literally the SWEETEST person ever. Very kind and an excellent listener. She understood exactly what I was wanting and delivered. She’s a color maestro!

I had THE best haircut of my life. Great attention to detail and my goal. Amazing personality and stunning salon and exceptional service and care ! Sabrina was my hair stylist and I will only ever be going to her for my hair cuts !! 10/10!

This salon is not my first choice. I have tried to call them multiple times to cancel my appointment before the 24 hour fee and texted the number given and haven’t heard bad from them.
