Actual technician is good. Candace answers all my questions honestly. She is friendly and makes me feel comfortable and safe. The front desk women are awful. Three out of my four visits, the different women at the front desk ignore me, even if there is no one else in the lobby or after they finish with one person in front of me or get off the phone. Please whatever you do stay away from any kind of co2 resurfacing at this facility !!!! This place has completely ruined my skin, my facial skin has never looked so bad in my life, my whole facial structure has changed from this procedure. Stay away from med spas go to a professional plastic surgeon!!!!!
Dr. Castelli is the best. I had filler done this week and he did a wonderful job. I'm so happy with the results. Also, the front office is so lovely and helpful. I highly recommend this office in Bryn Mawr.
