This review is not about the hair cut which was done beautifully. This review is about a 16 year old child who booked a cut and style for $99 which she was paying for herself. At the end of the cut and style the hairdresser asked if she wanted her hair dried. She said ok. At no time did the hairdresser explain that the blow dry was not part of the $99 service she booked for and will cost a further $50. After an infusion in hospital and feeling low, I popped in yesterday ( long term client ) and asked for cut and blow dry cancellation. It was 4.00 pm on a Friday afternoon. Maria obliged, and my hair looks absolutely gorgeous. This is simply wonderful!
