I had such a great experience at this salon. The service was warm and professional. The consultation was thorough, they took the time to understand what I wanted and offered advice and a plan for my next appointment. The basins are also very comfortable which is a huge bonus when having a colour service done. Highly recommended!
My daughter had her hair done at the salon and to say it was a disappointment was an understatement. Not only extremely overpriced but when contacted them in regards to the colour not being what we’d asked for no orange no yellow extremely brassy on completion they decided to tone it where it turned green in sections only then when we called them said they’re happy to refund only the toner as colours colour bleach is bleach disappointing avoid if possible.
After a couple of appointments that didn't go as planned, Emily, the salon owner, went above and beyond to make things right. She fixed my hair free of charge and absoultely slayed my hair colour and especially my cut. She made me feel so comfortable and made sure I understood the process. It's the first time ever that I walked out of a salon genuinely loving my hair. Thank you for the amazing service and care. I had a great experience. I cannot recommend this salon enough! <3

I had such a great experience at Lux Hair Lounge. My stylist was really knowledgeable and took the time to talk through what I was thinking about doing with my hair. Instead of just agreeing with my original idea (which probably wouldn’t have suited me), she was honest and explained why staying closer to my natural shade would work better.
