I am very upset with my experience at this salon. I paid over $600 (including $500 just for highlights), but the result is extremely disappointing. The color wasn’t what I wanted when I left, but after the first wash — using the shampoo and mask they recommended — my hair turned out patchy and uneven. The team at Lux hair lounge were great. I had booked in for the wrong service but they were able to work together well and get my restyle done. I am very happy with my new look!

I’ve been to Lux twice now, and they have exceeded expectations. I don’t live in the area, but I work around there and I’m always wary of going somewhere new that’s not my usual local salon. The girls are welcoming, attentive and experienced. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone! The second visit I did a huge chop of my hair, taking it from mid-back length to shoulders. They took the time to listen to exactly what I was envisioning and it is a very professional cut. Thank you girls!
