Nick was absolutely sweet and kind, and he made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire experience. He gave me a beautiful haircut with lovely waves and took the time to suggest balayage options for the future. It was my first time at Lux Hair, and he made it such a positive and welcoming experience. Highly recommend Nick!

From the moment I walked through the door, Elizabeth was so kind and welcoming. She really took the time during my consultation to thoroughly explain what we could and couldn’t do with my hair to achieve the look I wanted, which I truly appreciated. She made sure I understood the process and felt completely comfortable the entire time. My hair turned out absolutely amazing — I’m beyond happy with the result! I’ll definitely be back and will be recommending Lux Hair Lounge to everyone

We paid a $25 reservation fee and needed to move the booking to another day because my daughter became unwell. We weren’t asking for a refund—just to reschedule. We’re not cancelling either. Unfortunately, we were told that because the change was made not within 24 hours prior, the fee would be forfeited and we would need to pay another $25 to make a new reservation. This felt unreasonable, especially given the circumstances. A little flexibility and understanding would have gone a long way.
