I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. The overall environment was unkempt and did not feel clean or professional, which immediately raised concerns. Unfortunately, the service itself did not improve matters. The hairdresser appeared unsure of basic techniques and lacked fundamental hairdressing knowledge. There was little confidence in their approach, and it felt like they were guessing rather than applying proper training or skill. Ashley at Lux Salon completely ruined my eyebrows! i have naturally thick eyebrows with a pretty noticeable shape to them, i went in for a wax and she completely took off the front of my right eyebrow and made them very thin. nice lady but did a horrible job with waxing. the first picture is my natural eyebrows and the second photo is the waxing job she did. would not recommend.
