I won a free scalp treatment through a giveaway and decided to get my hair colored and cut to support the business. Unfortunately, I didn't have the positive experience I was hoping for. My hair turned out blotchy with uneven color—she missed areas around my ears and neck, so now it’s three different shades. The overall color isn’t even close to what I wanted. I reached out to get it fixed but have been ghosted now. Save your money and go elsewhere.
