I had an amazing experience at Lux Hair Bar Salon with Manpreet! I went in for a haircut and nano plastia treatment, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Went there for conditioning treatment, was a bit late but informed them prior to the appointment time, they said its fine. They can manage. But when I reach there, she was not available. The guy there did my treatment while he was handling his customer as well. He was really nice. His customer service is highly commendable. But I was shocked when I went to pay for the treatment. They charged me $63, while it shows 15$ for it on their website. If the website is not updated they should look into it, as it is quite misleading a... read more

The salon was very dirty inside, boxes everywhere and inattentive staff. I was convinced to get a nanoplastic service on my hair which destroyed it. The first weeks after wash, there was damage and after that, my hair continued to break. I’ve gotten the keratin treatment before and this is nothing like it. Overall, staff are kind enough but not professional.

Went in today for a hair cut. Booked Manpreet but due to some reason got my cut from mahi i was very nervous at the beginning but the end results were amazing. She’s fantastic at her job. Very polite and understanding. Provided me exactly what I wanted. In awe with my new hair style.
