Multiple people have shared their characterization of this company as unprofessional. They are not wrong. I truly believe that this behavior comes from the top down. My experience was a nightmare and trying to get them to do the right thing was not (in my opinion) who they are. When I read their long rambling section on ethics on their website, it feels like a total catfish. They talk extensively about UVA, and I hate that.
