Katie Thompson was kind and efficient. Also, she did a great job helping fine tune my hair color choice and style of haircut. THE HEAD/NECK MASSAGE with the conditioning treatment is top notch!!! This is a shared suite in a busy salon, so not very private if you prefer that. Otherwise, I definitely recommend Katie.
