Multiple follow-ups required to check on status of replacement light that was under manufacturer warranty. I don't care that it took 6 weeks, just keep me updated without me having to follow up. Also did not apply loyalty discount they had promised to my installation invoice (charged me for the entire service visit 5 days prior to the appointment and called it a 'deposit').
