EDIT: process of rectification commencing, will update Terrible company. Incompetent employees. Used a plug outlet as a connection for damaged wire that is to be buried underground. This company should be reported for unsafe work practice. Was asked to pull a permit and consult with electrical inspector as well as homeowners before proceeding with any repairs.
