Spoke with Tom W. My experience with this company was disappointing. I approached them for a significant remodeling project, expecting some level of consultation and support. Instead, they required me to provide all the details upfront and were not willing to collaborate. This felt unprofessional and not aligned with the level of service I would expect for a project of this scale. I think prospective customers should be aware of this.
Our 2 bathrooms were remodeled (complete demo) by David and his team. From start to finish, the project went smoothly. We received regular updates, helpful guidance and professionalism at every step of the way. The craftmanship was excellent. Any issue was addressed immediately. Our bathrooms turned out beautiful and we couldn't be happier. We have been using the bathrooms for 4 months without any issues. I would highly recommend David and his team to remodel your home.
