They are wonderful people there, and very professional, would always recommend this place.
Overall, I had a very positive experience at LUX Dermatology. The medical staff was excellent—kind, professional, and genuinely attentive. They took very good care of me, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. I have been a patient for 5 years and I was seeing Daisy for my DSAP, a rare skin condition that went misdiagnosed for decades. Daisy left August 2024 and there are two new physician assistances who see patients at this location and I see Lauren Lee, she was nice and seemed caring on my first visit but when I got home and needed more information about a biological drug she was prescribing me I sent a message through our patient portal and that was before Christmas of 2025 and it’s now January 12th 2026 still no answer and no... read more
