I HATE that they send you a text with a link to pay your bill. No invoice, no bill, just here click this link and pay us whatever we say. I called to get a copy of my bill twice and without giving the front desk person my information she literally said I sent that off to billing and they will send you something. How did you sent MY information off to billing when I did not even give you my name?

The doctor and everybody there was very friendly and very professional
Went on for annual skin check. My hands, feet and scalp weren’t even looked at. No dermascope used. My fiancé had a check too and she barely addressed the fat he stated he never had one and played baseball for years. I’ve had checks in CA that were way more thorough. Don’t waste time here. And we had to call to get biopsy results as after 2 weeks no one called.
Ever since Daisy left this office, it has gone downhill. When a prescription is ordered, it takes 2-3 days for it to be sent to a pharmacy and that is with numerous reminder phone calls to the office. I was notified of the results of a biopsy on the app, and I called the office twice and the receptionist tells me the results are not in yet and someone will call me! I will be looking for a new Dermatologist. Dr. Lee and her staff are not good.
