Good afternoon I have been a patient at the Lux Dental office in ****** for at least 10 years or more. Ive requested my medical records from this office on Monday May 15, 2023 I was told that they would email me a release form that day and that the files had to be sent on Wednesday May 16, 2023 when her Manager gets in the office. I called this morning and was told that they were sending my files right away.
