I went to Lux day spas new location in Riverchase center with a friend of mine. We love the new place ! Its beautiful and cozy.... The services were wonderful and the ladies were so professional. I will tell all my friends about it
The best pedicure in town!! The staff at Lux Day Spa are wonderful, they are very friendly and give wonderful service. The spa is very clean and the perfect place to go for quality service. I am now a lifetime customer!
I have a facial on Nov..28,2007 an it was great. The staff was friendly from the time you walk in till you leave.The facialist was very good at her job and alway checked to see if you were o.k. It was the best facial I ever had and wll look forward to my next one. The spa is clean and the mood in the spa is relaxing. I would recommend Lux to weveryone.
I dont usually submit these reviews. However, I was so shocked by the previous reviewer, I felt compelled to post. I have been a regular customer of Lux Day Spa for a couple of years now and I have never personally experienced or witnessed anything close to what the first reviewer described. I received a gift certificate to the Lux Day Spa for a massage, facial, manicure and pedicure at a cost of \$130. I made an appointment and was advised that any cancellation of the appointment must be made at least 24 hours in advance. I appeared at the appointed time and I was the only patron in the shop. I had a wonderful massage in a very pleasant setting. Next came the facial by a different operator. She was sullen and clearly did not like her job.
