Absolutely 0 stars. I went to Michael to get the black dye out of my hair and go brunette. Which he had done previously years before. He bleached my roots which I had grown out for 3+ months to color match proceeded to re dye my bleached roots black and , left my hair knotted and tangled which i had to brush out 2,3 times myself. Totally transformed my hair and left it feeling healthy and looking beautiful! Absolutely amazing vibes. Michael was patient and took his time and im obsessed with how it turned out !
Michael is amazing! He did such a wonderful job on my hair, even when I didn't know for sure what I wanted. It came out even better than we discussed and looks so pretty!
