Warmth and comfort are two words that sum up my experience with Sofia and Lux Counselling. Sofia is the type of person that you instantly feel like you can spill your life story too. And she gets it when you inevitably do….that’s what you’re there for after all! She has also been very intentional in creating a space that makes you feel welcome as you are.
