We bought a couple of dresses from this store, which has a strict no return or exchange policy. The owners ignore customer calls — I even saw them watching their phone ring as I walked in but refusing to answer. Very unprofessional and disappointing business practice.

Very poor quality stitching, the zipper keeps getting stuck because it's not sewn properly, loose threads and stitches coming apart on a brand new suit. The Latkan in the back of 120$ suits were tied together, not sewn but tied up. Very lazy work. Makes the outfit look so cheap and they have a final sale policy on everything. The customer service while browsing and trying things on was great however.
