The place is very clean but expensive! That said, I am a male, recently turned 70. I have been washing my own clothes since I was 10 years old. The woman working there was watching me like a hawk. She even presumed to tell me how I should was my clothes. I LEFT. Will not be back unless it is when unattended. They also refuse to let you wash pillows, even if they are of the sturdy Sleep Number pillows. Downgraded to 1 star.
Washers set so unless you pay an extra $1 they won't spin the water outta your clothes causing you to pay the extra $1 anyway to get them to dry. 30 minutes to dry 2 pair of pants, 2 pair of underwear, 2 pair of socks. That's probably why I was the only person here for over an hour on a Saturday morning .
