I have been seeing Dr. Lux for several months, and the improvement has been incredible! When I booked my initial consultation, I was cautiously optimistic but didn't truly believe anyone could help ease my chronic pain or improve the limited mobility in my neck and upper back. I loved going here. But after I had a fraud charge on my card on file and had to cancel it, the office charged an extra $50 to update my card info... no sympathy no nothing! So i decided to stop going. This was a couple months ago and today went to check my credit card and they charged my card I used for my first visit that should of been deleted from my account and I DID NOT AUTHORIZE the charge!! So avoid this place altogether!!
While Dr.Lux and staff are nice, there was a lack of organization/notes. While using the decompression machine over a course of time, the staff rarely had the correct weight setting. Multiple times they would out me at a lower weight/resistance than what I had been hmat because there were no notes from my previous time. I had to make sure to keep notes myself and even then they would disagree until I finally told them to check with the doctor.
