While Dr.Lux and staff are nice, there was a lack of organization/notes. While using the decompression machine over a course of time, the staff rarely had the correct weight setting. Multiple times they would out me at a lower weight/resistance than what I had been hmat because there were no notes from my previous time. I had to make sure to keep notes myself and even then they would disagree until I finally told them to check with the doctor. On my 2nd visit, the brain fog I’ve had for a very long time disappeared! My neck and back are relieved of the muscle tension I’ve carried for years, too! Not to mention that the doc and staff are all caring and accommodating! The best!
