Honestly one of the most unprofessional experiences I have had in Houston so far. I had an appointment scheduled for 8/15 @ 6:45pm for a wax, I get here at 6:40pm and no one is here to service me. The hours on the door and website both indicate this location closes at 7pm. Why did you close 20 minutes early when you had appointments booked ? I would not recommend this establishment.
Lakshmi is a very talented and knowledgeable artist, she has made my eye brow frame and shape so natural but very full. The hair strokes are perfect couldn't have asked for better ! Book with her asap
I love coming to this place and the eyebrow threading always is so so good!! Their very kind and quick with every service!!
First time here. We were looking for a new place. Honest review we had read some mixed reviews but since we were only looking for threading we were willing to give it a shot. When we pulled up we were a little skeptical because they also do wedding dress alterations and have a display case for jewelry.
