I had a great experience with Lux blinds. They were very helpful and knowledgeable and went out of their way to accommodate me through the process - excellent customer service, professional, and easy to work with. I really appreciate the extra effort and would definitely recommend Lux Blinds.
Bad service
I have worked with Ramin from Lux Blinds three times in the last few years. He is very dedicated, easy to deal with, honest and reliable. He is always on time and completes the work as promised. The blinds are fairly priced and very durable. I would highly recommend Lux Blinds to anyone !

Update: What started out as a good experience in the initial installation has turned out to be the most unpleasant experience with a business that we have encountered. Responses to repeated requests for one of the blinds installed specific concerns have been met with no follow through, no call backs and complete disregard of customer concerns.
