This was my first time going to this store. I ask the employee if they had a certain product I was looking for, and she said we are probably out of it without even trying to help me. My daughter ended up finding the product herself. The employee were just sitting at counter looking down without even trying to display good customer service. With the overpriced items and not great customer service, this will be my first and last time coming.

I always hate coming to this beauty supply store due to the lack of customer service. However, it is close and sadly convenient. I picked up this wax stick that I love and I didnt look twice at the price because I would never expect this wax stick I use all the time to be 19.99 like huh? I didnt catch it until after I paid because I am used to spending a lot at beauty supply stores. I checked amazon for the same exact wax stick and its $9 so if im paying an extra $10 for convenience I definitely will never shop here again it... read more

Really great store. They have good products that suit my hair's needs, at a price thats super affordable. I always recommend it to my friends in need of a store

Great experience. Has great body oil fragrances too. Lots of variety at a good deal!
