I have been going to the new lux with the new owners and let me tell you that I have never been more happy with my nails. I have never found some place that goes out of their way to make sure their client is completely satisfied! I have to mention also that they are the nicest people I have met him in a long time, it is a family owned salon and when you walk in they make you feel like you are apart of the family. So yes I highly recommend lux for manicures, pedicures and foot massages!
I went here for a pedicure and the girl rushed my appointment completely. They made it seem like the basic pedicure only came with a foot soak and polish change. When she painted my nails they looked like they had already grown out and even with her "fixing it" she kept going over the same part which made the color weird. Honestly I just wanted her to take it off it was embarrassing. Then while the polish was drying she started to spray bleach in the tub and it made me cough. Great experience, awesome luxurious products. Completely catered to and very V. I. P. feel from start to finish.
By far the best pedicure I've had in years. I booked the VIP LUX pedicure and loved every minute of it. Each one of the girls was friendly and did a great job. This spa is one of the few that I have seen that takes extra time to care for their clients. The salon is very clean beautiful. I will definitely be back.
