I had a wonderful experience at LUX starting with Shawna whom always answers all my questions. The environment is relaxing and very welcoming, but what truly stood out is the staff. Love this place so much! All the ladies are amazing. And they all have done a wonderful job! But I am specifically going to leave this for Erika. I saw her today for the first time. She was amazing. She listened to me and heard what my concerns were. and while I did NOT like her feedback, I do understand that she was looking out for me, herself, and the company. I came in a for my usual touch up - but this time it was my first time to lux & Beauty- Erika was so awesome usually I get 60 to 70 units and she completely talked me down and told me that that’s not what I needed.
