I had bumper damage from a tow truck backing into it. I took my car to Lux. They did a great job repairing and repainting my cars bumper. My bumper looks brand new. The manager Omar was great to work with. He explained the repair process clearly and told me what to expect. The car was done when he said it would be. If I ever have anymore body work needed, I will be coming back to Lux.
Great place. The owner is awesome! I'd give them more stars if I could. And they have adorable doggies!
10/10. Not only did Omar make sure to answer all my texts within 15min or less but he always answered my questions he made sure I understood his answer by being detailed . And explaining better if I was still not sure. I knew my car was in good hand since day one. He made sure the car was fixed and done when promised.He took the extra step to make sure My car was clean inside n out when I picked up. Best experience ever. Took my car to get the door replaced and mirror and Omar took care of it fast. Did good on the paint as well
First and foremost, Omar the owner was very helpful. Not only in checking the vehicle after the accident but in overall legal adjustments as well. He gave excellent advice. Although the insurance totaled the car... Omar was willing to try his best to fix the car regardless.... Highly recommend this spot for any car issues.
