I love this place. They have some beautiful artificial plants,flowers,trees,and Christmas Decor. Cindy…the lady that works there is so polite,and helpful. She always have a smile on her face.

I have my very first complaint in many years of shopping here. My family and I have personally spent many hundreds of dollars each and every year at this store, over many years. This store is beautiful, high quality, and most arrangements are incredibly realistic looking. HOWEVER, loyal customers know that the prices are exceedingly high at this store. Do not buy anything from the store. It is extremely cheap made, way overpriced, and the customer service is terrible. We paid almost $3000 for a Christmas tree that they sell online and it has not worked properly in the three years that we have had it. When we call to tell them what’s going on we are told to undecorated it and drive it eight hours to Florida. if they cannot sell quality trees or offer a better customer service then they do not need to sell products online that they cannot back up when the item you purchase h... read more
