Charged $85 for nothing! I had a refrigerator that either lost it's coolant with a small leak or the compressor had slowly gone bad. That's what I told them when I made an appointment to get the 'fridge repaired. Repair guy came out, looked at it for 5 minutes and told me that either the refrigerator had lost it's coolant with a small leak or the compressor had slowly gone bad. Expensive and not worth the Hassle! Said that they do GE warranty work, they don't. Said they are a member of the BBB, they are not. $78 for a service call + retail on parts. Too expensive and not worth the hassle.

Don't have high expectations! Had a tech come to home to look at frig. because ice maker not working. Tech. said he would have to "see a video" in order to learn to fix problem. 3 weeks pass & were still without ice. I called back (on Friday) & they said the part was on "back order" & would be in Monday therefore they would at our house either Monday & Tuesday. It's Wednesday & again haven't heard from them! Poor Customer Service.
