Oh! I almost forgot- you’ll want to/need to rent a spot in the garage. One weekend there were at least 10 vehicles broken into (it happened other times but usually just a few at a time).
The residents were cool. Maintenance is decent. Management (Erin) is a real piece of work. The picture speak for themselves. Also- WASPS. So. Many. Wasps.
