Living at LUX was great for us, after almost 5 yrs living there we had to move for the need of a 3rd bedroom. Separate visitor parking area and entrance was great, we enjoyed the amenities. Management was great, Erin was always respectful, responsive and attentive to her residents. Mike was also very supportive and friendly. We appreciate our time at LUX Apertments, we met great people
Erin is the absolute best. She went above and beyond to help us have a smooth move in. My dad and I are looking forward to living here.
Personal experience: Dishwasher was broken when I moved in. Resolved within one week. Water damage was causing ceiling material to crumble in the bedroom. Despite being on the 11th floor, there was a severe bug infestation. Wasps, boxelder bugs, and Asian ladybugs WILL get in through your windows. In late spring when I first moved in, the heating element was stuck on, which made the unit extremely hot. This was eventually fixed.
