I had a heck of a time finding these guys. The parking lot is tiny, the entrance of the ramp is a mud puddle with the rain, the handicap spot is on an incline with no access lane to load and unload. I chose not to get muddy and go elsewhere for jewelry. Response: Thank you. I know it's tough to keep the end of a ramp that comes down into an alley when both parking spots beside it are full from getting muddy and a puddle where our wheels dig a hole, and appreciate the willingness to look into the issue.
10/10 satisfied with our visit today. Erin Justice pierced my daughter years ago (she did an amazing job) and today I brought my mom in to have her ears re-pierced. We arrived early but were greeted warmly by the tattoo artist. Our piercer today was Kaylen and she was an absolute delight. Kaylen has a great bedside manner and made us feel very comfortable. This was not a Wham Bam, thank you ma'am piercing shop. At Lux adornment, I got the full experience and entertainment. I left with a very cute piercing and sore cheeks from laughing so hard! Definitely will be back (Hoping for some juggling next time)! ♡ Shawnee Manolis
Kayleen and her assistant were amazing, she helped in every way a piercer never has. She educated me on what would help but she also gave me such a safe and vulnerable atmosphere throughout my experience.
Amazing place, so clean, so welcoming! Thank you for explaining everything and putting my daughter at ease. 100% recommend this wonderful place.
