Super disappointing by the diagnostic made on my Miele dishwasher. The technician came, did nothing, and told us that we had to change the dishwasher. This technician was a joke.
Their junior technician is very unprofessional. Slow responding front desk. Wasted our time and energy but didn’t fix anything.
LUWA was very easy to work with and sent us a technician named John B who was very skilled at fixing the problem with our Miele refrigerator. He went above and beyond to help us out. I would highly recommend him and LUWA for your appliance repairs.
Luwa came out of fix my Wolf oven that wouldn't heat. After a couple of uses it again stopped heating. I called and they sent the tech out with a replacement part. That part didn't work. The teach told me he would consult with another tech and/or Wolf and get back to me within 1-2 days. I've left several messages, with a live person, and sent emails over a 2 month period. Cant be trusted. They give appointments two weeks out and on the day of appt they call 30 mins prior and say the technician is sick and this will be rescheduled to 2 weeks out. When I asked for a manager to speak to I was told the manager is out of office for 2 weeks…
