Ours was an unfortunate event. Luvone's was not so beautiful when she straight faced lied to me, and then skipped out leaving us responsible for the bill. Beware, you can't trust her. She'll always give you a hard luck story to make you feel sorry for her, then she'll betray your trust. Bad characters.
I want to start by saying the decor for my wedding was absolutely beautiful—everything looked stunning and exactly how I envisioned it. I truly appreciate the effort that went into bringing the aesthetic to life. However, I have to express my disappointment with the coordination aspect of the service. On the day of the wedding, the lead coordinator (whom I hired) was not present for the actual event. Instead, she sent one assistant to manage over 200 guests. Luvone is professional, compassionate, and truly passionate about her work. She’s incredibly responsive and consistently brings creative solutions to the table. No matter what I ask of her, she takes initiative and always has the right resources to get it done. She’s a pleasure to work with and made planning my daughter’s open house completely stress-free.
