Toya did an exceptional job on my lashes and brows! She was attentive, professional, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment. What really stood out was how well she understood my skin needs and tailored everything perfectly for me. I absolutely love the results and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!
I had the pleasure of taking Luvlybrows classes which included brows n cluster lashes. When I say I felt so freaking confident in myself when I left her class. She answered every question and ASKED questions to make sure we were paying attention. She made me feel like I already knew her and very humble. We laughed, we ate and we even got personal. It is always a pleasant experience getting my brows done at Luvly Brows. Toya is one of the best brow artist in Virginia that I have met. She also has great customer service.
