I had the pleasure of taking Luvlybrows classes which included brows n cluster lashes. When I say I felt so freaking confident in myself when I left her class. She answered every question and ASKED questions to make sure we were paying attention. She made me feel like I already knew her and very humble. We laughed, we ate and we even got personal. It is always a pleasant experience getting my brows done at Luvly Brows. Toya is one of the best brow artist in Virginia that I have met. She also has great customer service.
I would give Toya 10 stars she take pride in what's she does she also teaches you about your brows and the her shop is top 10
