Great service friendly, and professional staff. We were very pleased with how beautifully are rugs were cleaned.
Sent an expensive designer rug for cleaning and it was delivered warped and unclean. It went back, they stuffed it in their van like it was a bag of trash. It was cleaned again and they removed the warps and ripped the backing causing them to need to ‘re glue’ the backing. This was an expensive lesson learned and I wasn’t told until I was there while they were rolling it out in delivery…and the stain which prompted the whole thing is still there.. Go elsewhere.
This company delivers. I couldn’t be happier with Wayne’s personable customer service, cleanliness and efficiency. This rug had been through two -yes two- rainy, muddy estate sales and badly needed TLC. As I liked the scheduler Elisha so much, I expected a good cleaning. However, I was very pleased that the end result was a like new carpet! Thank you, Wayne and Elisha!
This will be a twofer because I scheduled the appointment and my husband was there to greet All Clean Carpet: It made my day when I inquired and scheduled an appointment with All Clean. I was stressed about the cost, and whether this service would really get the carpets clean. The scheduling assistant's tone was cheerful, helpful, and clear.
