This company delivers. I couldn’t be happier with Wayne’s personable customer service, cleanliness and efficiency. This rug had been through two -yes two- rainy, muddy estate sales and badly needed TLC. As I liked the scheduler Elisha so much, I expected a good cleaning. However, I was very pleased that the end result was a like new carpet! Thank you, Wayne and Elisha!

This will be a twofer because I scheduled the appointment and my husband was there to greet All Clean Carpet: It made my day when I inquired and scheduled an appointment with All Clean. I was stressed about the cost, and whether this service would really get the carpets clean. The scheduling assistant's tone was cheerful, helpful, and clear. I noticed a building being renovated in my neighborhood. The curious thing was that there were always carpet cleaning trucks coming and going. The company's name was "Allclean carpet care". I've been needing 2 carpets cleaned and decided to stop and talk to one of the company's workers. I explained to him how horribly! bad my carpets were. Our go to for cleaning rugs for a number of years now. A real gem of a find in the city. We have hard wood throughout so lots of rugs and a dog who eats toys and stuff which typically comes back up a day or two later on a rug. Luv Your Rug will easily get stains and dirt out. Can be a bit expensive for hand made rugs but really cheap for machine made. People are so so nice too. And delivery to door is super convenient. I typically pick up myself but last time I had them deliver.
