If I could give this place 0 stars I would, 100%. The manger Don is the most disrespectful, dishonest, and arrogant person I have ever met in a “professional” setting. I was told 2-3 days for my car repair and it is now day 4 without my car and tomorrow I will HOPEFULLY be picking it up. I called and asked what the hold up was and he said “I never told you 2-3 days , I know what I said so I don’t know where you got that from”. A manager?… Yikes. Bought my vehicle in November 2023 things went well. I got married in Oct 2024 and changed my last name in March 2025 through the DMV. Tried renewing my registration in September 2025 and low and behold my last name was my previous name. I called the DMV and was told Luv Toyota sent a check dated August 1,2025 and the legal document to change my name. I have not stepped foot in the dealership since I purchased my vehicle. Car inspection was stress free, convenient appointment time, comfortable waiting room, car was ready to go in a reasonable time. New is an up charge to use a credit card of 3%, if you use cash, check or debit no up charge.
