Our vehicle purchase was exceptionally smooth. Gary Wert was our Transportation Councelor & he was wonderful!! Great sense of humor & put us at ease immediately. He knows the product, and how to operate all the bells and whistles in a timely way. Cody, Rob, and Brandon were also introduced to me on my visit, and I have to say, all great people. After a salesman was extremely manipulative and tried to trick me into signing for a truck I didn’t want, they continue to send me insultingly low ($10,000 below kbb) trade in offers for my truck I bought elsewhere. Even after I asked them to stop.
