I had nine shades installed at my Mother's house recently. I called Jim (owner) on a Friday, and he was able to come to the home the following Monday. Arrived on time and spent the time necessary to meet with my Mother, sister, and I to decide what kind of shades to purchase, and he answered all our questions. So impressed! The price was unbelievably good, the best quote I could find in Riverside/OC. We put plantation shutters in 7 windows for what we had budgeted to spend on 3. From our first consultation to installation, we were so happy with this company and its affiliates. the part of the experience where the owner came took my money was great seemed to be a honest and sincere man the part where they never showed up to install the blinds was poor, the part where they never called to tell me they were not showing up was worse and the part where the owner never answered the phone was the deal killer.
