Valentina and Sergy have a clear passion for the craft. I've had a few calls with them to learn about the products they offer. Each time they have been dedicated to helping me thoroughly understand all the details and nuainces of the products, along with their installation. I'm a professional on the other side of the US, and got connected with them through CimentArt USA. I saw that they offer classes, and if I lived closer I would certainly be attending.
We spent over 30k for two bathrooms, a landing, and a fireplace mantle. We had to argue and beg for them come back and fix both bathrooms when there was damage from parts of the job being covered during construction (which they covered not advising us against). After 8 months both bathrooms are cracking at the shower pan level which we’ve been told the whole shower pan needs to be extracted and redone. Serge and Valentina are visionaries. They transformed my very unattractive rock fireplace into an utter masterpiece. They were amazing to work with and spent a lot of time with me processing the right application for this job. Valentina has an incredible eye as does Serge. Visited the showroom and was immediately convinced! (Highly recommend doing!) They designed everything we were looking for and made it so easy to schedule. Incredible results in our bathroom and kitchen! Looking forward to hiring again!
We have Zahara repair and paint our inside walls on 2 occasions. Both time they were, professional, prompt, and did a wonderful job cleaning up. Their prices are competitive and reasonable. We will use them for our future needs!
