Phen was my nail tech. I was just a walk-in, but she still gave me the same amount of attention and care I feel like she would give to a regular customer. I didn’t feel like she rushed me. I felt she took her time and didn’t take any shortcuts even though they were busy, loved my beautiful, classy nails!
