Asked them to hold a shirt until I could get to the store. Drove over 30 minutes to get there and then tell me their model had worn the shirt and got makeup on it and didn’t have my size anymore. Yes, they offered a discount, but I’m not spending money on a stained shirt. Would have been nice to be contacted before making the drive.
Bought a pair of shoes online for my daughter and when we went to pick them up they didn't fit. The 2 ladies in the store helped us for over 30 min trying to find things my 10 year old would like!!! Pulled clothes out of the sale rack and about 8 pairs of shoes in her size and were extremely helpful!! This is one reason we keep going back!!
