They judge people as soon as you walk in and they lie about anything if you didn’t get no response it’s people because if they think your waist of time or don’t look like you could afford it isn’t here eyes they’ll set you down walk away make you fill out a app then won’t put it throw. My family has and still are having a horrible experience with luvs homes in Kingsport. I do not recommend them at all!!! FYI: I find it funny that the majority of the people that recommends luvs homes is the employees that actually work there

As soon as I walked in through the office door was greeted by a rude rep by the name of Mava. Being rude I should of walked out then, but I gave her the benefit of the doubt. Have been trying to contact her with questions about the doublewide she was talking to me about and about the application. Have still yet to receive a response. Very poor customer service. Must not be wanting a sale. Won’t be getting my service, taking it elsewhere! You missed out, and that’s your fault!

This place is a JOKE!!! If you need a place to live this is not the place to come to!! A few more months and it will be a year and they still Don’t have our house FINISHED!!!

She went out of her way to help us order a custom home and saw the entire process through from start to finish. Our home was delivered before the quoted date and is better than expected. Nothing but good to say here! It took us a little longer than expected to get into our house (due to things coming up that couldn’t be helped) but the service was amazing and everything was done correctly! Even after being in our hole several months I’ve heard horror stories of people having to harass other home centers to get things fixed! Not Luv Homes! They’ve went above and beyond on everything they’ve had to do! No regrets for me and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a prefab home!
