This is a great gym. I do various classes and really enjoy them all. All the instructors are brilliant, would highly recommend

So lucky to have found this little gem of Gym! Great classes, great atmosphere, great instructors and lovely members too! Been coming 3 weeks now and love the dark rooms, with the bright lights and amazing music! I suffer with anxiety and I am just on the early stage of my journey to getting fitter and healthier, walking in the door is that hardest, but everyone has been lovely from instructors to members and I know this is the team for me!!
