I had a great experience! I had an issue with setting up my account. It was my phone and Sophia spent a lot of time helping me get it set up There was an issue with my phone but Sophia fixed it. She also looked up some locations since I travel a lot. Such a great group. Damien and Shai were so helpful, friendly and I don't think I have ever met a nicer group of young adults.
