Been there on April 29th. It was the last day of my USA road trip and I had to return my rental car, so before dropping it off I decided to give it a quick wash since I’d had it for two weeks. LUV was the closest car wash to the house we rented, so we went there. When we arrived, I spoke with the employee and explained clearly that this was a rental car and that I only needed a simple one-time wash before returning it. On March 2nd, I went in to try getting my car washed. I specifically asked the attendant there if they were doing one time charges for a singular was as opposed to buying into the membership. She told me that they could do that. The car wash is completely automated so you get exactly what you pay for. Its a subpar wash that almost drags their equipment into the body of the car and leaves streaks. That alone was not worth $29.99.
