They cracked my front windshield, filed a report, and essentially told me “good luck.” Since then, I’ve had no response to emails and no one answers the phone. This is a disappointing example of customer service today. If a negative rating were possible, I would give one. I’ll keep everyone updated on how long it takes for them to respond

Wonderful car wash, great employees! Especially Danielle, Adele and Karaya, they're always so kind at the paystations and always solve any issues I'm having. Highly recommend stopping!
