We had a monthly subscription to a car wash before Luv bought them out. Then the prices went up so I cancelled both cars. This was in August and they said it would be refunded. It was not. Then my card was charged twice a month again in Sept and again in Oct and again in Nov. After many phone calls, voicemails, and texts going unanswered, I finally got 3 refunds and had to dispute some with my bank. They sign me up for a membership at the carwash entrance without my authorization, and I wasn't informed I was a member and being charged for 4 months until I looked at my credit card statement, I didn't get any email, nor text nor anything in the mail that I was a member! Horrible service! I just called their customer service line and told them about the situation, but they're only willing to refund last 2 months of the billing despite I didn't even receive a membership card. Horrible service!
This establishment scratched my car and refused to accommodate me for it. They accused me of lying, called me names and called the police because I wanted to file a claim report and contact corporate. The manager Andreas was vey rude and accused me of lying. I am a black female and the men became very aggressive and called me “entitled” and “rude”. I have a hard time even giving this outfit a 1 star and only do it in order to write this review. Cutting to the chase, as a part of an almost $100 job they sprayed cleaner into my dashboard that damaged the electornics to include the radio display. Result, I have no visuals on the radio and when I went back to speak with them got no satisfaction or offer to repair. DON"T GO THERE! BUYER BEWARE!!!
Extremeky long wait (1.45) Slow workers. Car is still dirty. Not happy at all!
