We had a monthly subscription to a car wash before Luv bought them out. Then the prices went up so I cancelled both cars. This was in August and they said it would be refunded. It was not. Then my card was charged twice a month again in Sept and again in Oct and again in Nov. After many phone calls, voicemails, and texts going unanswered, I finally got 3 refunds and had to dispute some with my bank.
