Drove through for ALL THE LUV. Great staff and amenities. Look forward to next visit. Very accommodating on putting my membership “on hold” when I go out of town for a few weeks and immediately activating upon my return. My car sits outside and I use LUV every 4-6 days.
I paid $27 for the best wash they have and I still have yellow spots (wax) on my black car. Also, what happened to the tire shine?? The last 10 or so times I’ve been there and paid for the “tire shine” there is no shine on my tires. It’s hit or miss anymore if someone scrubs the back of your car before it goes through the wash, most of the time it looks like crap and you have to spend at least an hour cleaning the back of your car and your wheels.
Luv is such an amazing car wash experience, the staff are so sweet and helpful. I had no idea how to put my new tesla into this dang car wash and all the buttons to push and they were so kind and patient ! Today is my birthday and the staff hooked me up and the amenities they have literally you have to bring NOTHING with you. Besides that the price is affordable and customer service again is awesome. I appreciate this location and business you guys are great thank you.
We are done with this place. Half the nozzles don't spray and the rollers to clean your hood and windshield have not worked in months. Don't waste your money on this location there are too many in henderson to choose from with equipment that actually work. Since it turned ownership to Luv it all changed. Hate to leave this review but today's wash was useless.
Great job cleaning my car. Staff were friendly and professional.
